By accessing or using our temporary website https://tedx.frameworks.no (the website) and the associated physical installation during the TEDxArendal (the event), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. a. By recording sound files, visitors understand and agree that other participants at the event and anyone accessing the temporary website can listen to and potentially copy the recorded sound files and content in the sound files.
b. Visitors acknowledge that anything recorded can be heard by everyone else and waive any claims of privacy or confidentiality regarding the content they record.

Frameworks or TEDxArendal are not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized copying of the recorded sound files by third parties.

Access to the physical installation and the website may be available before and after the official 12-hour event period, but any content recorded during these extended periods will still be subject to these terms and conditions.
